About this game

Stack etched neon tiles in a nine-by-eighteen well in a dark grove, and feed the fire at the bottom of it. The twist is in what charges the meter: clears that dig out a buried hole pay double, and so do clears made above the danger mark — so being in trouble is the fastest route back out of it.

How it works

At full, the Bonfire burns the lowest four rows outright, but awards no rows and breaks your combo, which makes it a decision rather than a free escape. Set a piece aside in the Hearth brazier and it heats up; once molten, its four cells fall independently like sand when it locks. Coming pieces grow as buds on a vine beside the well, and embers on the floor show where the falling piece will land.

The Long Night runs to a 150-row dawn, Zen cannot be lost — topping out burns the lowest rows and play continues — and Daily puts everyone on one shared seed. Every sound is synthesised in code at startup. Built in Unity 6 and exported to WebGL; it runs entirely in your browser and keeps its records in local browser storage.
