Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use dynamicarcades.com, play its games or create an account. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions about these terms go to legal@dynamicarcades.com.
1. The service
Dynamic Arcades is a free collection of games that run in your web browser. You can play without an account. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and we do not promise that any game or feature will always be available.
2. Accounts
An account is optional. It keeps your progress, medals, best scores, ratings and notification choices across devices. To create one you must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it for you to agree to these terms yourself.
Keep your password to yourself and tell us at legal@dynamicarcades.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Your username is shown publicly, for example on leaderboards, so it must not impersonate anyone or be offensive; we may change or remove a username that breaks this rule.
You can stop using your account at any time, and you can ask us to delete it by writing tolegal@dynamicarcades.com from the email address on the account.
3. Fair play
When you use the site, please do not:
- break the law or anyone else's rights;
- tamper with saves, scores or ratings, or use scripts or bots to play, vote, inflate play counts or submit forms;
- try to get around security, rate limits or verification, or access data that is not yours;
- overload, disrupt or attack the site or the services it runs on;
- send spam, abuse or harmful content through the feedback form.
We may remove scores, ratings or medals that look manipulated, and may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
4. Scores, ratings and play counts
Leaderboards show the best score each player's game reported. They are not independently verified. Ratings are one thumbs up or down per signed-in player per game. Play counts count a game that loaded, limited to one count per network per game in a 30-minute window, so they are an honest estimate rather than an exact audit.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve Dynamic Arcades without owing you anything for them. Please do not send confidential information through the feedback form.
6. Our content
The games, artwork, music, text and the Dynamic Arcades name and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may play the games and share links to them. You may not copy, resell, rehost or reverse engineer them except where the law allows it regardless of these terms. Third-party licences we rely on are listed on the site where they apply.
7. Services we use
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Accounts, saves, ratings and feedback are stored on our own server. Sign-in may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for bots, and Google if you choose to sign in with Google. Emails are sent through Resend. Analytics runs only if you allow it. Our privacy notice explains what each of these receives.
8. No warranty
The site and the games are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them running and your progress safe, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or that saved progress will never be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, data or scores, arising from your use of a free service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
